I printed this design onto good quality photo paper then mounted it onto white card leaving a 4mm border. I then decoupaged using 2mm foam pads

I printed onto smooth white card then added the base design to a coordinating card then added to a blank card and mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads, to complete I added gemstones to the base.
