With this design i printed it out onto photo paper, then i cut out the elements, i placed the design base onto the front of my red card, then made up the design using 3mms sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed onto smooth white card then cut out, I added aqua shimmer paper to a blank card then added the base design then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,another super quote to bring a smile.
