I printed and cut out the sheet then added the base onto the card with DST, then the other elements I added with foam pads to finish off this cut card I added a little glitter

I printed onto smooth white card and cut out all the elements I added the base design to a scalloped card ad mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,I can beat that 10 out of ten.
