I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I mounted the main image onto a white card and added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel...to finish the card I added card-candi to the corners...Stella you are some lady!!!
I printed this very amusing design onto good quality photo paper then mounted onto white card leaving a 3 mm border.
I then decoupaged using 2 mm foam pads
