With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, I then added a silver border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and placing a blue bow at the center top, this is a terrific, fun design with Stella, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
I printed the sheet on photo paper and then cut it out and layered it up with foam pads.
I put the topper onto a white hammered card and added silver peel off corners, I gave Stella pearl earrings and finished off with clear gems in the corners of the topper and the large flower centre and a couple of amber gems for the other 2 flowers
