Special Friends Card Topper, Insert & DecoupageCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Friend
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to pale green patterned card then to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and insert with wet glue, then finished with pink dotted organza bow and corner peel-offs.
A lovely design.
