Rita Only Needs One Drink
a decoupage sheet featuring Rita who is stood with her wine glass in hand her comment being.... Actually it only takes one drink to get me drunk.... trouble is I can't remember if it's the 13th or 14th, oh dear what a girl, happy birthday tag placed beneath rose spray.

Oops, sounds like me!!!! I printed this out on satin finish photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I fixed the main piece on to a dark blue card with dst and the decoupage with foam pads.
I finished off by adding some card candi in blue, and I gave Rita some crystal gem ear rings. A few glitter 'bubbles' above the glass completed the card.
I printed onto glossy photo paper, then just used the topper and sentiment to make an 8x8 card. I used my own papers and die cuts to finish.
