Rita and Happy Hour

I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to card stock. I then assembled the decoupage on to the card.
With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a green C5 card, I then added a blue border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card I made up the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, fun design with Rita, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
