I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage which I mounted using foam pads.
I then put crystals on the bow and sentiment and blue crystals on her earrings for even more 'bling' before attaching to a white card blank with double sided tape.
A great fun card.
