Music Box & FanCompleted by Cindy Thompson

I printed this lovely music box and fan onto gloss photo paper, cut out the main image and mounted it onto blue satin mirri card, then mounted this onto square white card,I then cut out the decoupage and using silicon glue mounted this onto the card, then added the happy birthday panel, added silver line peel offs, I then coloured silver lines, corners and fan peel offs blue with whispers permament pens.
