I printed onto 150gsm glossy photo paper and mounted both base layers onto 300gsm card with DST. I made up the decoupage using silicone gel. Once dry I mounted both designs onto a twisted easel card using DST.

I placed 2 sentiment holders to the base of the card for the easels to rest on and added the sentiments.
