Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white A5 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I then added a clear fancy round gem to the top right corner and the matching insert (cup530119_1209) to finish.

First I printed the sheet on a good quality of paper, and cut the items out. Layered with 3D pads and finish the card with gems. Very funny sheet.
