Hoppy Birthday Mum PinkCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Mum
Printed onto gloss photo paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a white scalloped edge card. I then used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used crystals on the lace and sparkly stick on edging along edge of card.
A very Pretty card and makes up well.
