I added two sentiment tags to the sheet before printing on matte card printing the picture again and from this I cut off the top right hand corner and used for the first layer of decoupage.I used foam squares to add the layers and used periwinkle glitter to the edges of the tags and on the dress and pink on the ribbons and shoes lastly glossy accents on the eyes.
