Step by step topper to make a cheeky special birthday card - with greetings panels for 40th, 50th and 60th birthdays and just Happy Birthday.
This topper will fit the Fold Back card to make it 3D (there is also a Pyramid version of this topper)- and there are a selection of background papers/borders to go with these sheets too - please click on my name to see all the sheets.

Placed the topper on to gold mirri card then on to the inside of a pink polka dot foldback card. Layered up all the decoupage elements and stuck this to the front foldback. Added gold peel-off corners, pink butterflies and 1 of the greetings to finish.
