I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to white card, then on to a lilac A6 card. Layered all elements. Added a ribbon to the balloon to embellish. A great fun design.
