Elegant Tea Time in Bleu

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of each butterfly to give more definition. I added glitter to the butterflies, cupcakes and to the rose on the ribbon to enhance this lovely design.
