I printed the sheet on to decoupage aper and cut it out. I matted the topper to some black card before attaching it with tape to a matching blue card. I added the decoupage layers with silicone glue and decorated the card with silver border and corner prrloffs.

I added the greeting banners and I will finish it off with glitter. I love this sheet and it's very on trend as spotty dresses are in fashion!
