I matted the image onto silver holo card then added a white feather, i added the whole image onto a silver/ice blue patterned card base using foam tape.
I layered up the decoupage using 3D glue gel and embellished with Crystal glamour dust & Pinflair glitter wand.
Reduced size a little and printed on glossy photo paper. Cut out main picture and all elements.
Attached a ribbon down the left side of an 8 x 8 card blank with dst, mounted the main picture onto the card at a slight angle with dst and layered the decoupage with silicone glue.
I edged three sides of the card with black border peel offs and also edged the main picture with black border peel offs.
To finish the elegant design I glittered the roses and added the three sentiments.
