I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto blue stock card and added the decoupage using foam pads...to finish the card I added some little pearls and one of the sentiments...a beautiful design.
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to hand made paper, then to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with star dust stickles, blue crystal gems and gold star flower.
A stunning vintage design with lots of elements to hold the recipients interest.
