A Little Bird Told Me (green) Birthday TopperCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I resized and printed the file onto C.B's matt craft paper and cut out the parts. I prepared a tentfold C5 card with backing cup556998_750,leaving a border all round and edging with pink peel off border to tone with the topper.

I added the base image to this with foam tape and decoupaged with foam padfs. I added touches of pink stickles glitter to several details,and lemon sickles to te flower centres. I used 2 decoupage flowers to embellish two corners. A gorgeous little bird design, so sweet and the finished card is very cute! lovely for a birthday at any age!
