Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a cream A5 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
I then added a handmade pink ribbon bow to the top left corner and the matching insert (cup514305_719) to finish.
