I printed out onto 220 gram card ,mounted on a A5 card using dst,decoupaged using sticky pads and attached a silver elasticated bow.

I so agree with Stella - I have been young for quite a long time. I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces. I layered Stella on 1mm foam squares and the rest on 2mm foam squares.
I finished with pink rhinestones and the matching insert (cup624656_1209).
