Bubbly Birthday WishesCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out the elements i placed the main design base onto the front right of a pink C5 card, down the right of my card i placed a white ribbon from top to bottom, and on top of that a blue thin ribbon with a bow, then i made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and finished my card by adding a light blue border all round the outside edges of the design, this is a terrific design for any lady, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
