Vintage Black/whiteCompleted by Rosina Walker

I took an A4 black/white card scored it down the center and then folded it in half,i have printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper then cut it out,mounted the main image to the card and built up the decoupage,i done a feather cut around her fan or black bag not sure..
