I printed the file onto 160gsm paper, cut out the base image and most of the decoupage and attached the base image to an anthracite silver pearl card with DST.

I decoupaged with silicone gel. Some of the very tiny flowers I highlighted with yellow and orange stickles.

I also used yellow stickles on the flower centres, candle flames and on the bag fastenings. I added 3 champagne coloured gems to the orange frame and a tiny orange tinted button to the coat. This is a gorgeous design for a young Fashionista to enjoy. Lovely for those crafters who enjoy their decoupaging!

But the basic design also makes a fab quick card without the layers.This will be a perfect card for one of my great nieces! it even looks quite like her!
