This topper was printed onto white card and foam pads were used for layering. I have added some self adhesive stones for sparkle.
I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. I then matted the card front onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base.
The decoupage was added with foam pads and after matting the Greeting Tag onto Sliver Mirri card, cutting out it was then added to my card.
To finish I used the Matching insert inside, added Glitter to the Sparkle and added Clear Gems to the Cake and card.
