Vintage Lady in the Rose Hat CardCompleted by Wayne Swan

I printed the design on to a Glossy Photo Paper. I clipped the items out. I made a Black Background with a wavey edge around it. I glued the Background on to a 8 by 8 Scalloped card.

I glued the main design on to the Scalloped card and attached the Decoupage/3D and Sentiment on with CUP´s Sticky pads.

I added a Bow I made and a glitter gem on to the middle of the bow in a matching Pink colour.

A Quick and easy Beautiful, Shabby chic, Gorgeous and Stunning design that turned in to a Gorgeous card that I really Love!!!!
