I printed sheet on glossy photo paper and cut out the main picture and decoupage. I used double sided tape to attach the main picture to a black square card blank and layered the decoupage using silicone glue.
I added silver glitter border peel offs, silver swirl peel offs, pink gems and to finish off a black feather in her hat.
A really pretty design which makes a lovely card.
