Happy Birthday
A lovely Pink Tiles and Shells card front, with a Pearl frame. A lady Relaxing in a Bath of Bubbles, and a Pink Sweetie Knot Ribbon. With extra layers to decoupage and a small topper for the reverse of your card. This will make a very pretty A5 Birthday card.

I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image onto an A5 card.
I added the layers using sticky pads. I completed the card with some additional bubbles made with stickles and a silver-pink star string peel off border.
