Pretty in Pink Female Birthday Decoupage TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to deep pink pearlescent paper, then to white card with DST.
I attached decoupage with foam pads, highlighted pearls with crystal stickles and finished with clear gems to shoes and bag and silver peel-offs round design.
A stunning design.
