Pretty Debutant

I printed the sheet and cut out all the elements. I mounted the base topper onto a Crafty Bob's 8 x 8 card base and in between the bottom edge added a punched black scallop border.

I added the decourpage elements mounting with foam tape and the Just for You sentiment. I used Stickles Liquid pearls to create the effect of an earring and bracelet and to add some shine to the climbing vines.

To the top edge some silver and pink heart shaped border peel-offs.

Think it would work equally well as a birthday card or for a school formal graduation. Just gorgeous.
