I printed on to card. Mounted the topper over the top of a cream card, trimming the card to fit, but leaving an edge at the bottom, and trimmed this with a scallop blade.
Layered all elements.
Added a gem to the corner decoration, some glitter, and finished with a pretty chiffon bow. Simply beautiful.........
