Lady Brings a Surprise Gift DecoupageCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed at slightly reduced size onto 200gsm matte card, cut out and matted base image to glossy green card and to a C5 ginger brown pearl card, lining up left edges all using DST.

I decoupaged with 1mm foam and used glossy accents on the waistband, shoes and gift.

I attached a gold peel off chain border along the right side and embellished with minute yellow gems. I added a mini pink pearl to the flower on the bodice and will add a greeting later. A cute and colourful Birthday design, this looks fab made up.
