Happy Birthday Penny Slider 3 DCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

I rpinted off, decoupaged with foam pads, I added one bird to the fence & one to the penny slider, I added a hand made bird feeder filled with tiny bird seed & attached with a broken ear-ring, I mounted onto CUP 135146 backing paper which co-ordiantes with the birds, it looks great.
