I Printed this gorgeous design on glossy photo paper and cut out the main picture and elements. I used silicone glue to attach the main picture to glitter card and to layer the decoupage.
I covered an 8 x 8 card with backing paper, attached the topper to it with silicone glue and finished off with a ribbon and some gems.
