I printed the sheet and also a matching frame from Simply Sumara's FramePack. I attached the forget-me-not-picture on the aperture in the card and then I attached them both on white base card.
I cut the ribbon decoupage parts and attached them into the card with foam stickers.
I did not use the fan decoupage. As a finishing touch I added a matching colour pearl decoration into the left lower corner.
