Printed this design onto photo paper, then cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pale blue C5 card, then added a purple wavy border all round the outside edges, to finish my card I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
Printed on 160gsm card; mounted topper on a mat of purple pearlescent paper then on an A5 card using DST.
Built up decoupage with 1mm foam pads. Gorgeous design!
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added gems to embellish. A gorgeous design for young Fashionistas....
