Cute Little Dog LoverCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
This cute design was printed onto matte photo paper, and all the decoupage parts cut out. The main image was attached to a C5 matte gold card with double sided tape. The decoupage was layered with thin foam.
Stickles glitter was added to the flowers and berries and a row of yellow gold cristal gems was added for some extra sparkle.
An adorable design.
