This is a lovely vintage birthday wishes decoupage card front. There are all the elements you will need to make up this card front. There are 3 sentiment banners & 1 blank banner for you to add your own sentiment if you wish.

Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Cut out all pieces. Attached main piece to a white card base with the borders punched out and green showing through. Attached other pieces using foam pads.
I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a pink die cut mat and then onto a white card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads, added one of the sentiments and a bow. Lovely design.
