Special Occasion Faux Envelope TopperCompleted by Valerie Spowart
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female
I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to gold mirri card, then white card with DST.
I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted champagne glass, and necklace with crystal stickles, and black pearls and crystal stickles to backing sheet.
A beautiful vintage design.
