Lady in Green Decoupage TopperCompleted by Susan P. B.

Copied to matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to green hammered card stock added peel-off corner and borders. Built up the decoupage using d.s.foam tape. Added some flowers from my kit, some stickles Frosted Lace to lace on dress, finished off with a greeting plaque.

Such an elegant card in a beautiful mint green. Will be a pleasure to send and receive.
