29 Again!!!Completed by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out all the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, then i made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, and placing the, i still have a full deck sentiment , below the main one, and a peach bow under the balloons, this is a terrific, fun design for any ladies birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
