I printed off the sheet onto 220gsm good qualitly photo paper. I matted the base image onto Ice pink mirror card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert used as a backing paper.
I decoupaged the lady & layers with 3D glue gel & used a tiny bit of feather on her hat.
I used Star Dust, Diamond, Patina & Tropical Tangerine Stickles to add some sparkle.
