Over the Rainbow Girl

With this design i first printed it out onto satin photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a red C5 card, then i cut round the design so that the front of the card, is the same shape as the design, i then made up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads,, this is a beautiful, bright, fun design for any little girl, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
