Happy 3rd Birthday childrens decoupage topperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a purple metallic C5 card, i then finished my card by making up the design, this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific, bright and colourful design for a three year olds birthday, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done.
