Printed onto Glossy Photo Paper. I cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach the main front onto a white felt card. I then used foam pads to build up the decoupage.

I used bling on the flowers and dress, and I used glitter on the bottom edge of each layer of the dress.

I used glitter on the gift tag and put a small amount of DST onto the back of the gift card so that it is easy to attach to gift.

A very cute Design and easy to make.
