First i printed the sheet out onto medium weight card.I mounted the main image onto a 7x7 card blank with a layer of red & a layer of blue card.I added the decoupage using silicone glue,a couple of sparkly brads on the sentiment & some foil balloons to finish.A gorgeously bright card that would put a smile on anyones face!
