I printed onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and matted the topper onto some pale pink spotty paper before mounting onto a scalloped card blank.The decoupage elements were added using glue gel and i finished with a spotty organza bow and some co-ordinating paper and crystal flowers.Such a super cute design for baby's 1st birthday.
