Silly Stegosauras Dinosaur - Decoupage CardCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i placed the main design base in the centre of a cream C5 card then added a dark blue wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, i then built up the design to finish, this is a terrific design when made up and im sure any little boy or girl would love it.
